In certain projects, the renovation can be considered as a progressive transformation towards Passive House standards (Passive Houses). This type of intervention requires a high level of technical knowledge and experience in energy efficiency.

Our own technical team supervises each phase to ensure that the renovation is carried out in accordance with the project, avoiding deviations, cost overruns and improvised decisions.

NUESTRO PROCESO
El proceso en Ecohabitats está estructurado en seis fases que van desde la visita inicial hasta la entrega con documentación completa:
Comenzamos con la visita y análisis técnico del inmueble: estado constructivo, instalaciones, estructura y potencial del espacio. A partir de ahí definimos el programa de usos y la distribución, y desarrollamos el proyecto completo —planos, materiales, acabados y estimación de coste— antes de comprometer ningún presupuesto de obra.
La tramitación de licencias ante el Ayuntament correspondiente y otros organismos competentes (ITE, cédula de habitabilitat si es necesaria, informes de patrimonio en edificios catalogados) forma parte del servicio. Después viene la ejecución y seguimiento de obra con visitas semanales y control de calidad en cada fase, y la entrega con toda la documentación de obra, certificados de instalaciones y garantías.
