Located in a privileged natural environment, this home was designed following the principles of bioconstruction:

Energy self-sufficiency: living off-grid.

One of the most notable features of this house is that it is not connected to the electrical grid. How did we achieve this?

• Photovoltaic installation with batteries: Generates and stores its own solar energy.
• Rainwater collection and filtering system.
• Passive climate control: thanks to its intelligent thermal design and cross-ventilation systems.

Thanks to these solutions, the home maintains excellent thermal comfort all year round, without the need for external energy consumption.
